THE WINERY, fully operational and with a surface area of over 1,000 m2, is located on the estate itself, and has the most modern technology for the production of our wines, so that it can be fully managed from anywhere in the world through the technology implemented. It is also completely sustainable, as it has been built and oriented in a sustainable way, committed and involved with the environment, it is fully integrated into the environment and prepared to self-manage its own electrical consumption through solar energy. Within our facilities we have stainless steel tanks, controlled fermentation systems, pneumatic presses and a bottling and labelling line. More than 50,000 bottles are currently sold in continuous progression, although the WINERY is prepared to produce 500,000 kg. It has a storage capacity of around 750,000 litres. We complete our facilities with the barrel ageing area, which is used for the production of our best wines. We have two barrel rooms (French oak) with more than 400 units, 19 stainless steel tanks and 6 underground tanks, plus a bottle rack area where the bottle aging process takes place, where bottles awaiting labeling are stored. Over the years we have worked to build and consolidate a commercial network, having a presence at various international fairs in the sector where our wines have been awarded with various prizes, strengthening our client portfolio both nationally and internationally. We currently export to the USA, Mexico and Peru, Ireland, Holland, Germany, Denmark and Asia, with prospects of opening new markets (Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Panama and Canada). We produce Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot, Verdejo, Petit Verdot varieties, we attach lists of varieties and awards obtained at international fairs.
